  • A special family experience

Wellness activity retreats for families with children aged between 5-11 years old.

    Unwind, relax and recharge

    Tranquil surroundings and comfortable accommodation

We’ve created our four night family wellness retreats to provide something different and rather special for families with young children aged between 5-11 years old.

This is your chance for your family to unwind, relax and recharge in a welcoming and supportive environment where you will have your own self-contained, comfortable accommodation. You are welcome to share your accommodation with other friends with children, grandparents, cousins and any other combinations that work for you!

Our retreat at Trevadlock Manor is a haven of peace and tranquility in a truly unspoilt, yet easily accessible, part of Cornwall.

We will invite you to take part in a 'digital detox', minimizing the time spent using electronic devices.

Varied activities to enjoy as a family

    Helping families to flourish

We have combined our skills to create a series of fun and engaging workshops suitable for the whole family. You will also have time to experience some of the other activities in the local area such as a bike ride along The Camel Trail, walks on Bodmin Moor or a trip to a beach.

    Forest school

    Connecting with nature

The meadowland at Trevadlock Manor is the perfect location for Forest School activities. Forest School comprises of outdoor activities which encourage all learners to develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning. As a family, you will build camp fires, whittle sticks, toast marshmallows and compete in a nature treasure hunt.

    Art

    Mindfulness combined with Art

Mandalas are a transformative tool that can help to improve concentration and encourage mindfulness. We offer a workshop where you will learn how to create your own mandala, awaken your creativity, and learn a new technique to help you discover ways to promote relaxation.

    Family Yoga

    Yoga for all the family

Sessions incorporate yoga and mindfulness inspired activities to help you connect as a family.

    Adult Yoga

The perfect way to start your day

On days two and three, you will have the opportunity to take a little quiet time for yourself in one of the morning yoga classes. Open to adults of all levels and abilities, Anna will guide you through a dynamic sun salutation sequence.

"Anna´s classes truly demonstrate her passion for teaching. I feel totally energised and more in touch with my body, and what I am able to achieve. She supports you in every aspect of developing your practice" Kata, London

    Breakfast Club

Let us take care of your children

If you decide to take part in the adult yoga class, we’ll look after your children. They’ll enjoy a nutritious breakfast and will also have the opportunity to take part in activities.

    'Play in a Day'

What will your children create for you?

We are passionate about helping you to enjoy quality time together as a family but also recognise that a little child-free/parent-free time can be precious. On the final day of organised activities, the children will have the option to work with us to create a 'Play in a Day’. This could give you some time to yourself while your children create a play for you to enjoy on your final night.
